Raspberry Lemonade

Raspberries are great in omega 3 fatty acids to prevent heart and stroke disease. They can aid in lowering blood pressure and your blood sugar. How great is it to have a fruit like this that does such amazing things to our body. It was easy when I though what I wanted to pair my lemonade with to give it extra flavor and taste. Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bunch Raspberries
  • Few mint
  • 1 Tsp Agave (optional)
  • 1 Pitcher Lemonade

Instructions
 

  • Add raspberries into the pitcher
  • Add mint & agave (optional) Into pitcher
  • Mudd all previous ingredients together
  • Add lemonade
  • Stir and enjoy!
