Since being on my holistic Endometriosis journey, I’ve been through a lot of products and remedies to help me along the way. I have finally found some that works for me. These three products are helping me with the symptoms I experience with endometriosis and I wanted to share with you.

Period Pain Free

An herbal supplement made specifically for you. You start using the supplement 5 days before your expected cycle. You apply 2-3 drops twice a day in the liquid of your choice – I have been using tea. What I love is that you can still consume it during your cycle as well! This is my second month using Period Pain Free. Since I’ve been using this, my cramps have decreased tremendously. Another thing I’ve noticed is that my flow of my cycle is not heavy than before I started consuming Period Pain Free. Like any other holistic method, it takes time. The first month I noticed I didn’t complain as much pain wise. By the second month of using the supplement I realized it was working well with my body.

Pelvic Pain Solutions

Pelvic Pain Solutions is a company that provides “effective, comfortable, and stylish pelvic therapy products to ease pain and give you hands free relief while traveling or resting.” What I love so much about this product is that you can travel on the go. It can also be used hot or cold. The versatility of this product makes it one of my go to heating pads when I do not feel well.

Livia

When I first heard about this product, I must admit, I was very reluctant to try it. It is very similar to other tens devices, but this one is specifically for menstrual pain. I like that you can adjust the level of intensity that is right for you. More importantly it is compact for on the go. So you can wear it home, at work, or when you travel.

It is very hard to relieve pain as it pertains to endometriosis. But these are some of the products that has been helping me recently along this journey. Please know that going along with a holistic approach, does not guarantee fast and quick results. For me it took time for my body to adjust to these method of healing. But I highly recommend them if you are looking into alternative options.

Please note that these are simply my thoughts. Each person with Endometriosis symptoms are subjective. Please consult with your physician for your individual pain level.
