Agh!!! I’m still on a high from my Endo Brunch that took place on March 9th! I have been asked for years by various people if I would conduct my own endometriosis event. I would say “it’s coming” knowing goodness well that it would not! To be clear, it is not that I did not want to do it, I was just fearful of the unknown. I’ve worked many events, so I know what it takes to produce a successful event. I also thought about no one showing up. But I was reminded that if no one else does, I will and so will my husband!

I decided to do this because I was tired of living in fear. I realized that I could not talk to my followers on Instagram and not match what I speak about in person. This not only was a personal victory for me, but more importantly in a world where social media has taken over, I did not want to lose the authenticity of being able to tangibly meet people, and to allow others that opportunity.

When I first started out on my journey, I felt so alone and did not know anyone like me. I started my platform a few years ago in search for others like me. Now I can say that I started ‘The Endo Brunch’ in hopes to bring back that in person authenticity to the endometriosis community.

A huge thank you to my participating sponsors EDEN BodyWorks, Jacq’s Organics, and The Honey Pot Company!
