Ingredients
  • 1/2teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1teaspoon of agave sweetener
  • 1/2teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 medium sized bananas
  • 1cup of vanilla coconut milk
  • 1teaspoon of chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix vanilla coconut milk and bananas together in blender
  2. Add sweeteners (agave sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pure vanilla extract)
  3. Mix chia seeds together with finished smoothie by whisking it, or stirring with a spoon.
  4. Leave for a few hours or overnight.
  5. Drink and enjoy!
