  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of agave sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 medium sized bananas
  • 1 cup of vanilla coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of agave sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 medium sized bananas
  • 1 cup of vanilla coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix vanilla coconut milk and bananas together in blender
  2. Add sweeteners (agave sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pure vanilla extract)
  3. Mix chia seeds together with finished smoothie by whisking it, or stirring with a spoon.
  4. Leave for a few hours or overnight.
  5. Drink and enjoy!
